I initially had my doubts about this product, however I really really like it! It’s really soft, easy to apply, and easy to straighten. I don’t know how to really bleach knots, but I don’t think you really need to do it. Last but not least it didn’t have a smell and came in nice packaging. Also, the customer service was BOMB!
